Hotel Casa Bansley Policies

– Check-in is mandatory and requires the guest to fill out a form with their personal information and provide a photocopy of an official ID (DPI or passport).

– Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.

– Check-out time is at 1:00 PM.

– If the guest wishes to extend their stay, it must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.

– A complimentary welcome item (soda, coffee, tea, or smoothie — one per guest) will be provided upon check-in.

– The complimentary item must be requested and will be delivered exclusively by the restaurant area.

– If the guest arrives by car, they are required to park it in the designated parking area for safety.

– If any room items (such as remotes, keys, pillows, towels, etc.) are lost or damaged while in use by the guest, the cost must be covered by the guest.

– Guests may use all hotel facilities with due care, as many areas contain valuable decorative elements.

– Room cleaning will only be available for stays of two nights or more, and only with prior authorization from the guest.

– Guests are entitled to one unit of each type of room amenity.

 

Reservation Policies

Hotel Casa Bansley requires all reservations to be made at least 48 hours in advance and paid via credit card and/or bank deposit to the following account numbers:

All reservations must be guaranteed by deposit, cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

Guests must prepay 50% of the total reservation amount in order to confirm the booking during the regular season. During the high season, 100% of the total amount must be prepaid in advance.

 

Modification and Cancellation

These refer to penalties applied to reservations canceled after the permitted time.

Reservations must be canceled at least 48 hours before arrival by contacting the hotel directly. The amount paid may be applied to a future stay, subject to availability and applicable penalties.

Guests who cancel within 24 hours prior to arrival must pay the full amount of the reservation.

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation or modification request, the reservation will be considered a “no-show” and the guest will forfeit the full amount paid.

All our rates are non-refundable. If the reservation is not used for reasons beyond the control of the guest or the hotel, the amount may be applied to a future stay, subject to availability.

No refunds will be issued. The amount paid is non-transferable.

Date changes may be made up to 8 days prior to arrival, subject to availability and payment of any applicable rate differences.

Early departures will be charged 100% of the unused nights.

 

Group / Tour Operator / MICE Booking Policy

 

To block or guarantee group reservations in our system, Hotel Casa Bansley requires a written request and confirmation letter from the group, stating the number and type of rooms, and the expenses covered by the company for each guest. This applies to companies with a specific rate agreement with the hotel. Otherwise, payment must be made 100% in advance or with a credit card.
